Welcome to RunIt. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

The Agreement

By creating an account, accessing the website, or purchasing a course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

Account Ownership and Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

You may not share your login credentials, nor may you allow others to use your account. RunIt is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as required by the registration process.

Intellectual Property

RunIt Content: All course materials, video content, code examples, quizzes, and documentation provided by RunIt are owned by RunIt or its licensors and are protected by international copyright laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the content strictly for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

Your Projects: Any code, projects, or applications you build using our platform remain your intellectual property. You retain full ownership of your work.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license, or create derivative works based on RunIt's course content without express written permission.

Billing and Cancellations

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion or if the service fails to provide the agreed-upon access. We accept credit cards and select payment methods via our secure payment processor.

Refund Policy: You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or subscription activation. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days depending on your financial institution.

Subscriptions are auto-renewed annually unless canceled at least 48 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.

Code of Conduct

You agree not to use the platform in a manner that:

  • Violates any local, state, national, or international law.
  • Attempts to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or API provided by RunIt.
  • Uses automated scripts or bots to scrape course content or generate accounts.
  • Shares account credentials or distributes course content to third parties.
  • Attempts to bypass, modify, or defeat security measures implemented by RunIt.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

Ending Access

RunIt reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the platform at its sole discretion, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms of Service or engage in fraudulent or illegal activity.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease. You must destroy all copies of any materials obtained from the platform, including but not limited to videos, code samples, and documentation.

Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RunIt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the platform.

In no event shall RunIt's total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount of fees you paid directly to RunIt in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.
